Introduction
This online questionnaire and database has been developed as part of SSIA’s new work programme on user and carer engagement ‘Getting Engaged’. We are asking all social services departments to complete the online questionnaire to establish a baseline of current practice which will then inform further development of the work programme. The questionnaire can be updated by the host Authority and also be viewed by logged in individuals in all Authorities. As practice may vary across adults and children’s services, the questionnaire can be completed twice to capture information for both.
